MatchedUp Documentation

Learn how to add MatchedUp to your Discord server, create your first match, and configure complex matchmaking algorithms. Beyond that, dive into data integrations, tips for effective user engagement, and insights on maximizing MatchedUp's capabilities within your Discord community.

How does it work?

Users in your Discord server are able to queue into matches by using the command /matchup. This will present them with a set of matches to choose from that you've created. When a user selects a match they will be presented with a set of questions, and based on their answers they'll be matched up with other users.

In the background, MatchedUp is translating your configurations into real-time matchmaking algorithms that get used to match players together. When a match is created amongst a group of users, an exclusive Discord text channel gets created, and from there they can talk amongst themselves to party-up in games.

Now that you understand how users interact with MatchedUp, lets create your first match!
